The space
This A-frame cabin offers panoramic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, access to a private beach, boat launch, and a boat slip, plus a golf cart for local trips around Cave Bay. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it accommodates up to 14 guests. The cabin features a full kitchen, an open living and dining area, a daylight basement with a mini kitchen and family room, and an expansive deck overlooking the lake. Parking is available for several vehicles and a boat trailer.
Upon entering the cabin, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen leading into a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. The deck, complete with outdoor dining, patio furniture, a propane fire table, and a grill, offers unobstructed lake views.
The main floor includes a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a queen bed, and a full bath. The daylight basement has two additional bedrooms, a mini kitchen, a full bathroom, and a family room with board games. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and supplies is also on this level. The cabin is equipped with mini-split air conditioning, baseboard heating, five TVs, and strong WiFi.
Strict HOA regulations preserve the natural beauty of the area. The private beach, park, and boat launch are a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is for licensed drivers only and must stay within the Cave Bay community. Boat trailer parking is available at the cabin.
Nearby attractions include the town of Worley, 6 miles south, and the Coeur d'Alene Casino and Circling Raven Golf Club, 11 miles north on Highway 95.

Please note that regular landscaping service is performed at the property once a week, typically between Monday and Friday, though the exact day may vary. The landscaper may occasionally return on weekends if a visit is rescheduled due to weather or other factors.
While the landscaper will do their best to be respectful of your privacy and space, we appreciate your understanding as they help keep the property looking its best during your stay.
