The space This A-frame cabin offers panoramic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, access to a private beach, boat launch, and a boat slip, plus a golf cart for local trips around Cave Bay. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it accommodates up to 14 guests. The cabin features a full kitchen, an open living and dining area, a daylight basement with a mini kitchen and family room, and an expansive deck overlooking the lake. Parking is available for several vehicles and a boat trailer. Upon entering the cabin, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen leading into a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. The deck, complete with outdoor dining, patio furniture, a propane fire table, and a grill, offers unobstructed lake views. The main floor includes a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a queen bed, and a full bath. The daylight basement has two additional bedrooms, a mini kitchen, a full bathroom, and a family room with board games. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and supplies is also on this level. The cabin is equipped with mini-split air conditioning, baseboard heating, five TVs, and strong WiFi. Strict HOA regulations preserve the natural beauty of the area. The private beach, park, and boat launch are a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is for licensed drivers only and must stay within the Cave Bay community. Boat trailer parking is available at the cabin.
